What do I do if payment fails?

If direct debit has failed, the system will automatically try again in 3 days and then again 3 days after that. If this doesn’t succeed the payment plan will be suspended. Please contact online@theashram.com.au if this happens 

How do I update my card details?

To update card details, login to the website by clicking the account page from the menu at the top of the page. Once logged on you’ll be taken to you account dashboard. Click ‘Subscriptions’ then on the right hand side you’ll see a link that says ‘update’ next to your card expiry.

How do I cancel my payment plant?

If you wish to cancel you training, it’s best to give us a call or email info@theashram.com.au Alternatively you can login to the website by clicking the account page from the menu at the top of the page. Once logged on you’ll be taken to you account dashboard. Click ‘Subscriptions’ then on the right hand side you’ll see a link that says ‘cancel’ next to your card expiry.
